Kelly Bott
SVP - ESG, Land and Regulation @PureWest
Kelly was appointed SVP of ESG, Land, and Regulatory of PureWest in May 2021. She joined Ultra in 2014 as the Regulatory and Environmental Manager and succeeded multiple positions with increasing responsibility until serving as the Director of ESG and Regulatory with a focus on growing the culture of safety, compliance, and environmental diligence. Prior to that, Kelly founded 307 Consulting LLC, where she was selected to coordinate shared environmental and regulatory policy positions and compliance activities for Ultra, Shell and QEP in the Pinedale Anticline field. She earned a BS degree in engineering from the University of Wyoming and started her career with the Wyoming Department of Environmental Quality in the Air Quality Division with a focus on federal NEPA Engagement, policy development, and planning.

Ryan Brush is the Director of Strategic Initiatives, responsible for identifying and analyzing new growth opportunities, technologies, and partnerships. Before Project Canary, Ryan worked as a product manager at Amazon, developing and implementing supply chain optimization initiatives, and as a brewery operations manager at AB InBev. Ryan holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BS in Biological Engineering from the University of Georgia.

Liz Arthur serves as Project Canary’s Director of Technical Sales, helping customers achieve their ESG goals. With over 20 years of experience in Oil & Gas and Technology. Liz’s experience spans from working for an operator, managing a sales team representing core & fluid analysis for Weatherford Labs for the Western US, to working as the Senior Account Manager for the Department of Energy while at Amazon Web Services. She piloted major projects for our national laboratories in the public sector, leveraging cloud technology. Liz has created a name for herself in Energy and Tech by transforming markets to flourishing critical revenue growth. Liz enjoys supporting industry growth through mentorship and education.
